As a rule, Whole Animal PLLC will not refund payment after services have been provided. As many costs of veterinary service (supplies, diagnostic laboratory fees, etc.) have already been passed on to Whole Animal prior to, or will be billed after, time of service, Whole Animal is not able to refund these costs. Dispute of professional fees will be conducted on an individual basis. Provision of excellent veterinary care and superior client service are of utmost importance to Whole Animal, and any concerns regarding payment will be addressed in a professional and respectful manner.
